Fudura wanted to present their services better to prospects and customers, generate more high-quality leads and get better insights in user data of their corporate website. The design should be more in line with the content.
Reduce calls to customer care and generate high quality leads
Solution
One of the challenges was to reduce the calls to the customer care center in case of a disruption in the energy supply. By adding a easy to manage notification option on the homepage, customers can be notified immediately. Together with a step-by-step plan and an extensive FAQ on the service and contact page more information is provided to the user.
The request quotation flow has been improved. By guiding the user through two simple selections before the quotationform is loaded, we can get the necessary information from the user with a minimum number of questions. This generates more high-quality leads.
Launch
This project leaded to a successful launch of the new Fudura website in march 2018.
